By accessing and using Rank-Ro (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this service.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Rank-Ro website, products and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Rank-Ro provides an AI platform for the automatic generation of personalized SEO articles, including but not limited to:
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords for your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Rank-Ro offers a subscription plan of 299 RON/month. The plan includes all platform features, including SEO article generation, free tools and integrations. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep access to the paid features until then. You can export all your data before cancelling.
You retain full ownership of all data you create, upload or store in the Service, including site configurations, generated articles and other content ("Your Data"). We will never claim ownership of Your Data or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display Your Data solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Rank-Ro includes AI-based features for generating SEO articles. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your business. Content generated by the AI features belongs to you, but you acknowledge that AI output may require editing and should not be used without review.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RANK-RO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
