Analytics

Monitor your site's organic performance directly from Google Search Console, integrated into the RankRO platform.

Requirements to see the Analytics data

For the Analytics section to work, you must meet both conditions below. Without them, the data will not be available in the dashboard.

    1

Connect the Google account that has access to GSC

From SettingsIntegrations click "Connect Google Search Console". A Google window opens where you choose the account — it does not have to match your RankRO account email.

    Important

In the Google window, choose the account that owns or has access to your site property in Google Search Console (e.g. ionpopescu@gmail.com).

Account without access = missing data

If you authorize a Google account that does not have access to the Search Console property, the integration will not find the site and you will not see the organic data.

    2

Add the site to Google Search Console and submit the sitemap

You must have your site property verified in Google Search Console and the sitemap submitted. Without this, Google will not be able to index your site correctly and there will be no data to analyze.

    1

    Open Google Search Console

Go to search.google.com/search-console and log in with the Google email you are also logged in with on RankRO.

    2

    Add the property (your site)

Click 'Add property' and enter the full site URL (e.g. https://your-site.com). Follow the property verification steps.

    3

    Submit the sitemap

In the menu, go to Indexing → Sitemaps. Enter your sitemap URL (usually https://your-site.com/sitemap.xml) and click 'Submit'.

    4

Connect Google Search Console with RankRO

In your RankRO account, go to Settings and connect your Google Search Console property. Once connected, the data will appear automatically in the Analytics section.

What you will see after the integration

Once the integration is complete, you will have access to this data in real time:

    Organic performance over time

Track the evolution of clicks and impressions over selected time periods (7, 28 or 90 days). The charts help you identify seasonal trends and the impact of new articles generated by RankRO.

    General organic metrics

Instant access to the key indicators: total clicks, impressions and the average position in Google search results for the whole site.

    Top pages and keywords

Identify exactly which URLs and which search terms bring the most organic traffic. You can use this data to refine your content strategy.
