Our White Label solution lets you offer our platform under your own brand. Your clients will see your logo, domain and brand colors throughout the entire dashboard experience. The pricing structure includes a one-time setup fee of 5,000 RON, then 199 RON per website per month, with volume discounts available for additional websites. The setup fee covers the custom-domain configuration, brand integration and full platform customization.

The white-label backend setup usually takes 3-4 business days after you provide all the required information, though it can extend to 7-10 business days for the full configuration, including DNS setup and testing. During holiday periods the timeframe may be a little longer. Once you have paid the invoice and provided all the necessary details, we will complete the integration and take it live.

To set up the white-label solution you will need to provide: your logo in SVG or PNG format (including the icon variant and the full variant), the subdomain where you want to host the app (e.g. app.yourdomain.com), your primary and secondary brand colors as hex codes (e.g. #8B5CF6), the email address you want to use to send emails to clients, the billing address and DNS access to configure the required records that we will provide.

After you provide the information, we will send you specific DNS records to add in your domain settings. This includes the subdomain configuration and the email-sending domain configuration. You will need to add these values to your DNS provider. We can also offer a dedicated sending-subdomain option to help isolate the sending-domain reputation and avoid interfering with your current email setup.

Yes, the backend is fully white-labeled with your colors, logo and domain. Your clients will see your branding everywhere — from the login screens to the entire dashboard interface, including the articles, content plan, backlinks received and given, the GEO audit and GSC analytics. WordPress integration (via REST API) and Shopify integration are available in the white-label version. There will be no visible indication that RankRO powers the solution.

The White Label solution (5,000 RON setup + 199 RON/website/month) gives clients full dashboard access under your brand, where they can see the content plan and analytics. The All-in-One plan (299 RON/website/month) lets you manage everything yourself, and clients only see the articles published on their website without needing dashboard access. Choose White Label for a complete branded experience for clients.

Currently, white-label solutions only support email-and-password authentication. Google Auth and other OAuth providers are not supported for white-label domains. If your account was initially set up with Google Auth, you will need to reset your password to use email authentication on your white-label domain. We recommend setting up accounts with email and password from the start.

The WordPress integration works via REST API and an Application Password — with no plugin to install. Your clients will receive clear instructions on how to generate an Application Password from their WordPress profile. The Shopify integration uses a Custom App Token generated from the Shopify Admin. Both integrations are available in the white-label version.

Yes, you can add an unlimited number of websites within your organization at 199 RON per website, with volume discounts. The brand colors and styling can be adjusted after the initial setup if needed. If you notice colors that do not match, contact support and we will update them within a few days.

You register clients through our platform as usual. When you set up white label, you specify which organization (email account) you want connected to your domain. You can create client accounts yourself as the owner and add them as secondary members, keeping full control over subscriptions and billing.

The dashboard includes all the features: 30 articles per month generated automatically, automatic backlinks via the Backlink Exchange, real-time research, internal/external links, CMS integrations (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), infographics, the GEO technical audit and GSC analytics. Referral elements are hidden by default for clients.

Because the platform is under your brand, you keep the relationship with the clients, but we provide you with dedicated technical support. You will be assigned a team member who will guide you through the setup and quickly take the solution live.
